Information on Reserved Rail Journey 

1.  Advance reservations can be made up to 120 days before the date of journey for all classes and all trains.

2.  A person can book only up to 6 tickets on one request.

3. Passengers with confirmed reservation are allotted berth at the time of booking.

4.   Concession is available for senior citizens having minimum age. ( 58 years for women and 60 years for men)


Road Safety Rules 

1.  Never drink and drive simultaneously.

2.  Keep a safe distance from the vehicle ahead.

3.    Never break red signals.

4. Never talk on mobile while driving.


Pollution created by Vehicles 

1.   All the motor vehicles release pollutants into the air when fuel burns in their engine.
 
2.  Pollution produced by vehicle exhaust include carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, Sulphur Dioxide, hydrocarbons, oxides of Nitrogen and some other volatile organic compounds .
3.   These cause respiratory problems in humans and many other kinds of diseases in living organisms.



Measures to reduce Air Pollution 

1.  Promote public transport in place of personal vehicles.

2. Use bicycles for short distances.

3.  Encourage CNG vehicles in place of petrol diesel vehicles .

4.  Maintained roads to save fuel and reduce pollution.

5.  Don't burn plastic waste, leaves and garbage and has solar energy based equipments.
