Our National Flag
Our National Flag is known as Tri Colour.
It has three colours - saffron, white and green.
Saffron is at the top,
White is in the middle and
Green is at the bottom.
There is a wheel of blue colour which is known as Ashok Chakra in the middle of white strip.
This Ashoka Chakra contains 24 spokes.
Our National Anthem
Our National Anthem is Jana Gana Mana.
It was written by Rabindra Nath Tagore.
Our National Song
Our National Song is Vande Mataram.
It was written by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee in his book AnandMath.
Our National Emblem
Our National Emblem is four lions of the Ashoka Stambh Pillar which is located at Sarnath.
Our National Motto
Our National Motto is Satyamev Jayate.
अर्थात सत्य की ही जीत होती है।
