Outdoor Games - Lawn tennis , Archery , Cricket , Football , Hockey Team Games - Hockey ,  Cricket , Football. Games are played according to rules of the game.If games are not played according to rules it results in cheating and quarrelling.  Sportsmanship It is the quality of being fair, generous and polite when you are playing a game or a sport. Benefits of Playing Games It makes us physically strong . It makes us mentally fit. It makes us happy. Kabaddi Kabaddi is an outdoor game. It is played for 40 minutes . There are two types of organs in our body  1.  Internal Organs 2.  External Organs External organs  Those parts of our body which we can see through our eyes are called External Organs. Example -  Head , Mouth, Ears, Legs, Hands etc.  Internal Organs Those parts of our body which are inside our body which we cannot see through our eyes are called Internal Organs. Example - Brain, Lungs, Hear, Liver, Kidneys etc.   External Organs - Hands Legs Nose Eyes Ears Fingers Hairs Head Mouth Teeth Tongue Internal Organs Brain Heart Lungs Liver Kidney Intestine Spleen Stomach Sense Organs  We have five Sense Organs . Stem - Helps most plants to stand erect and bear branches . Branches - Bear Leaves Leaves  - Green part of plant that makes food for the plant.Also known as "Kitchen of the Plant" . Flowers - Most beautiful part of a plant. Fruits - Seeds are found inside a fruit. Seeds - Germinate to produce new plant (seedling) Tendrils - The thread like structure in plants. Types of Plants Creepers  Plant that have long thin stem and creep on ground. Bushes  Plants that have multiple branches are called bushes. Trees  Big, tall, thick plants are called trees. Parts of the plant that we eat- Leaves -  Spinach, Lettuce, Cabbage, Fenugreek (Methi) Stem -  Potato, Onion, Turmeric,     Ginger,   Garlic, Asparagus Roots -  Radish, Carrot, Sweet Potato, Beetroot Seeds - Wheat, Maize, Rice Fruits - Mango
